Preheat the oven to 180°c
Grease and line the loaf tin with parchment paper and keep aside.
Coat Tutti frutti with 1tbsp of flour and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl add oil, sugar and beat well with an electric beater until sugar is completely dissolved with oil. It will take approximately 3-5 minutes.
Add eggs one by one at a time to the bowl and beat well.
Next, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda into the egg mixture.
Using a spatula, combine the mixture well using a cut and fold method.
Add vanilla essence along with 2tbsp of milk. Mix the mixture again.
Now add the tutti frutti and mix well.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°c or until the toothpick comes clean.
Once it is baked allow it to cool in the tin for 5 minutes.
Now transfer the cake on to wire a rack and allow it to cool completely.
Once it is cooled completely cut into slices and enjoy with a cup of tea/ coffee or as a snack.
