Wash the rice and keep aside.
Heat a pressure cooker and rice, spinach, green chillies, chopped tomato ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add 2 ½ cups- 3 cups of water along with salt and mix well again.
Pressure the rice for 2-3 whistle.
Once the pressure is released, open the lid and mash the khichdi with help of the back of a spoon.
Transfer the Naga Galho to a serving bowl and enjoy when it is warm with homemade tomato chutney.
