Homemade Pizza Recipe | Easy Homemade Pizza

Homemade Pizza takes very less time to prepare at home with your favourite toppings. My kids enjoy a lot while making this pizza especially when they are putting toppings. Usually, I make two pizzas one cheese and other Veg.My kids are fussy eating the veggies. It hardly took 30 -45 minutes to prepare this pizza if we keep everything ready like toppings and sauce. Here I used my own homemade Pizza sauce. My house was filled with full aroma with herbs and the taste of the pizza was awesome.

Ingredients

For the dough:

    Plain flour/All purpose flour – 3cups +2tbsp

      Instant Yeast -2tsp

        Sugar – 1 tbsp

          Garlic powder- ½tsp

            Dry Italian herbs – 1tsp

              Salt – 1tsp

                Warm water -11/4 cup +2tbsp

                  Olive oil- 4tbsp

                  • Pizza Sauce
                  • For Toppings:
                  • Mozzarella cheese
                  • Mixed Cheddar cheese
                  • Sweet Peppers
                  • Bell peppers
                  • Green olives
                  • Jalapeno
                  • Small tomatoes

                  Instructions

                  • In a mixing bowl of a stand mixer, attached with a dough hook, add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, garlic powder, Italian herbs and mix on low speed. (You can mix the dough with your hands without using a stand mixer)
                  • Add warm water along with olive oil to the flour and knead on medium speed for 8-10 minutes.
                  • Coat the bowl and the dough with oil so that the dough won't dry.
                  • Cover and rest the dough to double its size. It took 35 minutes for the dough to rise for me.
                  • While the dough is resting prepare your toppings and sauce for the pizza.
                  • Here you can choose toppings according to your taste.
                  • After the dough rises, punch the dough and knead again for another 5 minutes.
                  • Divide the dough into your desired size.
                  • Roll the dough into pizza. Here I made one small pizza and one large pizza.
                  • Again, cover the rolled pizza with cling film for 10-15 minutes to rise.
                  • Preheat the oven to 200°C
                  • Then take the raised pizza, spread the pizza sauce evenly on to the pizza and then add cheese, your favourite toppings and again top it with cheese on top.
                  • I made two pizzas one is cheese pizza for my kids and other veg pizza for me and hubby.
                  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until you see the golden-brown crust at the bottom of the pizza.
                  • Enjoy tasty and delicious homemade pizza with your loved ones!
