Preheat the oven to 200°C (400 °F /Gas 6).
Then Butter the sides of the muffin cases/moulds and set aside. I could not find my moulds so here I used muffin cases.
Then melt the dark chocolate using double boiler method until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth or you can melt in the microwave. Here I melted the chocolate in the microwave in a burst of 30 seconds until it is smooth.
In a bowl of a stand mixer, fitted with a paddle attachment beat the unsalted butter and sugar until they are combined well and smooth. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after adding each egg.
Then add vanilla extract followed by sifted flour, salt and beat on low speed until everything is combined.
Finally add the melted chocolate and combine everything well.
Afterwards divide the mixture equally into the muffin cases and bake for 12-15 mins or until the sides are set but when you touch in the centre with your fingers it should be soft. I baked exactly for 15 mins.
After taking it out from the oven, take an individual serving plate and carefully invert the muffin cases and peel the cases slowly and serve the pudding hot.
