Dates Sesame Seeds Ladoo - a healthy and nutritious sweet treat made with just three ingredients and ready in under 10 minutes. These sugar-free Dates sesame laddus are high in calcium and iron.

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE DATES SESAME LADOO:
SESAME SEEDS LADOO RECIPE WITH STEPWISE INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS:
- Sesame seeds - 1Cup
- Chopped dates - 1Cup (seedless)
- Ghee - 1 Tbsp
PREPARATION:
Heat a pan,add sesame seeds and dry roast on low-medium flame for 3 to 5 minutes or until they change their colour slightly.
Transfer them into a bowl and allow it to cool completely.
Add the cooled sesame seeds into a mixie jar and grind into a coarse powder.
Again heat a pan with ghee and add the seedless chopped dates and saute for few minutes until they become soft.
Add the ground sesame powder and combine well with the dates for few minutes.Switch off the flame and allow it to cool for few seconds.
When it is warm enough to touch, mix well the mixture properly and make ladoos as per your desired size.
These ladoos stays good for 10 days if we store in an airtight box.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
If the mixture is dry while making ladoos add 2 to 3 teaspoon of ghee and mix well.
You can make these ladoos vegan by replacing ghee with coconut oil.
Make laddus when it the mixture is warm enough.
